Casa Botticelli was so nice with a warm atmosphere and excellent service from Roberta. The family home converted into a hotel created a comforting experience. The fabulous common room and the fine mural in the spacious room added charm, alongside the convenience of breakfast included.

The stay was good with a spacious room that featured a unique bathroom setup, offering a chic ambiance. The location was strategically placed just a short walk from attractions like the Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace. The beautiful dining area served a satisfying breakfast every morning, which was a wonderful way to start the day. While we had an unfortunate experience with some sewer smell in the corridor that occasionally disrupted the ambiance, I wouldn't let that overshadow the overall charm of the place.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the noise from the street, quite disruptive, particularly at night. The lack of privacy in the bathroom setup was also troubling. The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, leading to some frustrating moments .

I've stayed in florence before, but casa botticelli really exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ponte vecchio, and the air conditioning worked beautifully during the hot august nights. The breakfast with cappuccinos was a good start to each day!
